Ian Michael Dustan, 11, of Waukegan passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at home surrounded by family and his hospice care team. He was born December 20, 2005 in Waukegan. Ian is survived by his parents, John and Jaime (nee McCaffrey) Miceli; brother, Evan Dustan; sister, Giulia; grandparents, William and Dorothy McCaffrey, Steve and Marty Miceli; great grandmother, Shirley Johnson; aunts and uncles, Joshua McCaffrey and Trish Youmans, Steven Miceli and Kelly Schaff and Christine Miceli. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, July 14, 2017 at Christ Episcopal Church 410 Grand Ave. Waukegan. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at PETERSON & PATCH FUNERAL HOME 408 N. Sheridan Rd. Waukegan.
