Gail Lynne Carlson

Gail Lynne Carlson, 64, of Waukegan passed away at home on January 20, 2016.
She was born November 22, 1951 in Highland Park, Illinois to Charles and Marie Barnes.
Gail graduate from Warren T.H.S. in Gurnee, but lived most of her adult life in Waukegan.
In 1973 she married Robert E. Carlson who preceded her in 2004. Throughout their 31 year marriage, Gail was primarily a homemaker.
However she did enjoy working part-time in the News Sun telemarketing department for many years. It suited her personality, she always found joy in talking and socializing with others.
She is survived by two sisters, Charlotte (Charles) Hansen of Wadsworth and Mary Christine (David) Schumacher of Waukegan; her nephew, Colonel John (Lisa) Hansen; great nephew, Reid; great nieces, Emily and Chloe all of Germany. Gail is also survived by two especially helpful friends, Guy and Charlie.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob; parents and brother, Brian.
