Frank Medina

Frank S. Medina, 70, of Milwaukee formerly of Waukegan passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026 at his home. He was born February 7, 1956 in Waukegan and was a longtime area resident.

Frank is survived by his siblings, Jonathan (Vicki) Gonzales, Linda Brooks, Delfina (Jose) Torres, Amalia "Amy" Ramon, Hope (John) Francis, Dario (Sandra) Cruz, III, Sandi (Tim) Correa, David (Ann) Cruz; daughter, Elizabeth Medina; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Frank was one of 10 siblings and was known for his remarkable sense of humor. As a child,
Frank loved playing outdoor games with his siblings and cousins, making memories. As he grew
older, his passion for fun and togetherness never faded. Eventually, Frank moved to Milwaukee,
where he built a new chapter of his life. He enjoyed trips to the casino and savoring every
moment.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Santos Norwood.
