Cataleya Angelica Brooks, 2, of Waukegan passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan.
She was born August 6, 2015 in Waukegan.
Cataleya was a member of Meadow Ridge Baptist Church in Zion.
She is survived by her mother, Nichole Brooks of Waukegan; father, Lee Haralson of Milton, Wisconsin; siblings, Kordall Brooks (8), Analia Garcia Brooks (5), Logan Brooks (8 months) and many loving friends and family.
Funeral services will be 1:30 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at PETERSON & PATCH FUNERAL HOME 408 N. Sheridan Rd. Waukegan. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Memorial Park in Zion. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
