Antonia Davila Obituary (1929

Antonia Davila, 87, of Waukegan, passed away on November 3, 2016 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Antonia was born on June 2, 1929, to Agustin and Margarita in Guanajuato, Mexico and was a lifelong Waukegan area resident. Antonia will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a hard working strong independent woman who fought till the end. Her love was pure as gold, she had a heart that no one could ever replace. Left to honor her memory are her children Gino (Maria) Davila, Yolanda (David) Hernandez, Olivia (Abraham) Medina, Juan (Esmeralda) Davila, Maria G. (Eduardo) Hernandez, Maria E. (Rafael) Alvarez, Paul (Teresa) Davila, Rosa Linda (Jose Luis) Vara, 20 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paulo “El Tigre” Davila. Visitation will be held on Monday November 7, 2016 from 5-8PM at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, 408 N Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday November 8, 2016 at 10 AM at Holy Family Church 450 Keller Avenue, Waukegan. Entombment will follow at Mount Olivet Memorial Park in Zion.
