Annette J. (Latz) Watkins Obituary (2016)

Annette J. Watkins, 59, of Longwood, FL died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Halifax Health Hospice in Orange City, FL. Born in Waukegan, IL to Ronald and Margaret Latz, Annette was a graduate of Waukegan High School (C/O 1975). She moved to Florida with her family in 1991. Annette had an amazing talent for home decorating, DIY crafting, gardening, and baking. Doing these things for others to enjoy brought her great happiness. She is preceded in death by: her former spouse/father of her children, Lloyd D. Watkins; her parents, Ronald and Margaret Latz; and her infant sibling, Michael Lloyd Latz. Surviving loved ones include: her son, Adam (Andrea) Watkins and two granddaughters, Christina and Gabriella of Sanford, FL; her daughter, Danielle (Seth) Balo of Deland, Fl; her brother, David (Brenda) Latz of Beach Park, IL; and her nephew, Brian (Ashley) Latz of Pleasant Prairie, WI. A memorial service will be held at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, 408 N. Sheridan Rd. Waukegan on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 5-7pm.
