Angelita Sadornas Alegre

Angelita Sadornas Alegre, 78, of Zion passed away on Tuesday October 25, 2016 in Lake Forest.

She was born in Philippines on June 16, 1938 to Evaristo and Antonia Sadornas.
While in the Philippines she attended Mary Chiles College of Nursing completing their program as a Nurse.

She was a very loving mother and grandmother, always glamorous and giving to those in need.

Angelita is survived by her daughters Annette (John) San Nicolas, and Aileen Alegre & her husband Guadalupe Peralta; her sister Rosario; loving grandchildren John Joseph, Daniel, Leilani, and Connor; a niece, numerous nephews, extended family & friends.

She is preceded in death by Honesto Alegre, both parents, beloved sister Caridad and two brothers Pacifico & Nemesio.

Visitation will be held from 5pm-8pm on Friday November 4, 2016 at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, 408 N Sheridan Rd in Waukegan. Funeral Mass will take place at 10am on Saturday November 5, 2016 at St. Anastasia Church 624 Douglas Avenue in Waukegan. Interment will be private.
